Bye Bye, BroYo

A Dirt Dog Goodbye

Well, thanks for everything BroYo. You were on that team, oh that wonderful team, that won the 2004 World Series, and you'll get a few free meals around Boston for that for years, I'm sure. Does this mean M's autographed copy of "Covering the Bases" is now worth less (or was it worthless)?

Well, now that he's gone I can feel a little better my awkward run-in with BroYo at Strawberries last summer. I'll save the cd though, it's entertaining enough to spare from the "Johnny Be Good" t-shirt pile.

Theo and co. better have a plan. After last year I was under the impression that it was pitching that we needed. I guess this was unavoidable, but if you remeber last year, at the end it seemed as though we only had about 5 active pitchers. We must learn from this mistake of being under staffed in the pitching dept.

We have lost Johnny Damon, Adam Vinatieri, and now BroYo. Am I missing anybody? Who's next to go? Curt Schilling and Tom Brady? I'm looking forward to a stellar year for the Sox and the Pats (My two favorite teams in all of sports) so I hope we get it together in time for game day. I can't wait for a hot summer relaxing and watching the Sox on High Def. Baseball, BBQ, beers, beverage, and bingahs.
